You must not create false profiles, impersonate anyone, harass members, send unsolicited commercial messages, or use profile information for unrelated purposes.

You are responsible for the information and photographs you upload. Do not post content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or infringes another person’s rights. We may review, remove, or restrict profiles or accounts that violate these terms.

Member Verification and Interactions

You should independently verify another member’s identity and claims before making personal, financial, or marriage-related decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of member-provided information, the behaviour of members, or that using the Platform will result in a match or marriage. Do not send money or sensitive financial information to someone solely because you met them through the Platform.

Paid Services

Any applicable subscription price, duration, and included features will be shown when you purchase a service. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the displayed charges. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Platform Content

The Platform’s design, branding, and other content belong to us or are used with permission. You may use them only as needed for personal use of the matrimony service. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially exploit member profiles or Platform content without permission.

Changes and Availability

We may update these terms or modify Platform features. Updated terms will be posted on the Platform. We may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes relating to them are subject to the courts in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, subject to applicable law.
