Anyone of legal marriageable age who is looking for a life partner can register — from every district of Tamil Nadu and from every caste and community. Government employment and second marriage are optional details that help people find you; they are not requirements.

No. Caste and sub-caste are optional. You can choose “Prefer not to specify”, and searches show all communities unless you filter.

Just your mobile number, verified with a one-time password (OTP) on WhatsApp, and a few basic details such as name, gender, date of birth, marital status, district and employment category. You can add education, family, horoscope and photos later, at your own pace.

The match score shows how many of your stated partner preferences a profile meets, and which ones are unknown. It is not a measure of a person’s worth and does not predict compatibility or marriage success.

Your free trial starts once, when your account is created after mobile verification. During the trial you can browse approved profiles, view basic profile details, shortlist profiles, send up to 5 interests and download your own biodata. We do not ask for payment details for the trial and you are never charged automatically.

Your account and profile stay exactly as they are. You can keep editing your profile and download your own biodata. Paid features such as viewing contact details or downloading other members’ biodata need an active membership.

Not by itself. Employment details are self-declared by the member. A profile shows the “Employment verified” badge only after our verification team has reviewed evidence submitted privately by that member. Mobile OTP verification only confirms the phone number — it is not identity or employment verification.

Only authorised verification staff. Documents are stored privately, never shown to other members, and every staff access is logged.

Yes, and they are welcome. If a divorce is still in progress, the profile is held for review under our eligibility rules — we only publish profiles of people who are free to marry.

Only members whose interest you have accepted. Supporting documents are visible only to authorised reviewers.

We do not generate automatic porutham scores. Rasi and Navamsa charts are shown exactly as supplied by the member. Horoscope compatibility is shown as “Not calculated”, and you can request a manual review by an astrologer where the service is available.

Memberships are paid through PhonePe’s secure checkout. Your membership is activated only after PhonePe confirms the payment to our server — you will see a receipt in Payment history.

Payments are sometimes confirmed a few minutes later. We check the status with PhonePe automatically. If it is still pending after 30 minutes, contact support with the order ID shown in Payment history.

Your contact details are shown only to approved members with an active membership. Blocked members can never see your profile, and every contact view is recorded.

Go to Dashboard → Account settings → Delete account. Your profile is hidden immediately and personal data is deleted after a 14-day grace period, except records we must keep by law (such as payment invoices).
