Refund policy

This policy applies to paid matrimony services purchased through Vedha Shri Matrimony.

No Refunds

Payments for subscriptions and other paid matrimony services are non-refundable once made, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This applies even if you do not use the service, do not find a suitable match, or choose to close your account.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your paid service by contacting us. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund. Unless otherwise stated when you purchase the service, you may continue to use paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payment or Service Issues

If you were charged incorrectly or a paid feature was not provided, contact us with your registered contact details and payment reference. We will review the issue and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
